We applied the method in 1040 fully sequenced bacterial genomes (up to June 2010). We identified in total, 48,106 proteins possessing a Tat-type signal peptide. The list of genomes with the summary results are presented here, whereas the list of the identified proteins along with the cleavage sites are presented here.
