- Topology prediction for alpha-helical membrane proteins (Saturday 14/12/2019: 10.00 -14.00)
- Topology prediction of bacterial beta-barrel outer membrane proteins (Saturday 14/12/2019: 15.00 -19.00)
- Specialized databases for membrane proteins (Sunday15/12/2019: 11.00 -15.00)
