This is a 3 day course/workshop at UTH targeted to postgraduate level (or advanced undergraduate) biology or cs students. Topics will include - Introduction to protein databases (Friday, 14/12, 13.00-16.00)
- Prediction of protein secondary structure (Friday, 14/12, 17.00-20.00)
- Prediction of membrane protein topology (Saturday, 15/12, 12.00-15.00)
- Prediction of signal peptides and other sorting signals and subcellular location (Saturday, 15/12, 16.00-19.00)
- Prediction of protein 3D structure (Sunday, 16/12, 11.00-14.00)
